That was the fastest I have ever had a call back from the progress team. The call back was put in yesterday and they have just rung back. Apparently there are 3 alerts on the application, well 4 now as she has put another one on, and I should have an update in the coming days. There is no note from the examiner that they are waiting on anything either. She isn’t sure why it’s taking so long especially as I sent other passport applications to same office and they all came back quickly. I get the feeling the alerts aren’t even doing anything, if there were already 3 on the application, with no update from examiner.
