Wastedoranges – Yes I agree! It’s frustrating when each web chat agent gives different information too. One just told me to just wait for it to be processed and abruptly ended the chat🙄 and then another advised it was being looked at by an examiner since 24/03 so I’m thinking surely it won’t be too much longer?!
Why bother advertising these are currently taking 5 weeks when that’s not the case for each one, it’s misleading! Surely they should give everyone the 10 week timeframe!
