I just got my “urgent callback,” who delivered the same message.
“I’m just following up to tell you that all of our systems are down.” What the flying f-ck?!?!
I’m so tired of these “check the box” useless callbacks that do nothing to solve the actual problem. My supporting documents have been missing for nine weeks. Stop having useless CSRs call me back and start having someone go look in the office for them!
