Durham is still taking forever for foreign applications. Adult renewal (old one expired)

Officially received forms 3 weeks later, entered Processing right away
No updates since then. I have escalated via Twitter multiple times. Crickets.
I suspect they are not prioritizing foreign applications. Domestic applications are turned around in a week or 2, foreign applications go to the bottom of the pile.
This is a horrible, immensely frustrating experience. I understand it’s slow. But it’s insane that some people are getting them from Durham in 1 week, while others are waiting 1-3 months. First in, first out. It’s not hard to do this fairly.
