Slightly panicking now. Just got off the phone to Liverpool. Lady said it is unprecedented times and they are suffering serious delays. Allow up to 10 weeks from the time they mark documents received!!!
Documents were marked received 15th Feb, no movement since. It is for a child renewal and we are travelling mid April so I assumed (wrongly) that I had allowed plenty of time.
Completely stressed 😫
