m also waiting for an interview, emailed a week ago. I dont get how the timeline for 1st adult with interview is 53 days. I`m at 55 days and have a long way to go yet. Mine went to Peterborough though.It’s crazy I’m on 50 days since applied, and the interview process is just slowed it down I’ve emailed and called but nothing, I just get dead ends everytime I call or email

Is there any correlation between the Documents Received update and the approval date? It loooks to me that in Bootle at least it is about 3 weeks in between?
Nullpointer haven’t really got a clue but it “seems” a bit like that from posts on here but I wouldn’t bank on it. Tbh I’ve already accepted I’m queueing up outside 48hrs before we travel. Anything else is a bonus
Started my application on Monday and posted my old passport for Adult Renewal the following day. Was a little concerned viewing these posts and the fact I go away on August 6th but it looks like things are moving pretty quickly. Progress so far…..

My child’s first passport finally got approved. Just waiting on the other child’s renewal (lost passport). Seems to be stuck on documents received. Was told I could upgrade for a fee of £73 on the 8th of July(2 weeks before we fly) if it hasn’t progressed any more.
I was worried when the status reversed back to identity details received, which it has been stuck at, so called hmpo. The call handler at hmpo said that they have updated the way they track applications now. That’s the 2nd time they have told me that.
