    I submitted my online application on the 09th Jan 2021, sent my old passport on the 14thJan 2021 which has been recieved on 15th Jan 2021. see below:

    Application history Status Date
    Application being processed on 15 January 2021
    Documents received on 14 January 2021
    Application received on 9 January 2021
    Application submitted on 9 January 2021

    until today 09th march 2021 still not received my new passport
    How long do they take to renew a passport now?

    can someone help?
