    My friends daughter first passport was approved yesterday so I’m assuming they are working more than 5 days per week. Hopefully they will get through the backlog

    I was one day in front of you for it all. I got approved yesterday. Peterborough too. Fingers crossed you hear Mon. Have you tweeted them? I was advised to do this and was approved a couple of days after my tweet. Not sure if coincidental

    I sent mine same way. Took 5 days to get there. There is still disruption with royal mail. Hope will get there shortly

    This whole thing is a nightmare, there are going to be loads of people now not getting their holidays and loosing thousands of pounds. It is so frustrating. No rhyme nor reason. My friends daughters went to Durham same time as me, we are going on holiday together with our families. She is still stuck in processing. Mine went to Peterbourgh, I am stuck in processing too! Agh!!!!
