    I called the TNT central passport tracker number and they contacted the depot for me. They were super helpful. Good luck

    I am so happy to say, I am right now sitting on my flight waiting to take off. We collected my daughters passport an hour before we had to leave for the airport today. TNT were amazing in allowing us to collect it. I wish you all the very best of luck!

    Hi all, daughters renewal was printed on 7th at 9am from Liverpool. Finally got TNT confirmation on tracker at 4.30pm today. No email or text. Due to be delivered tomorrow. I have tried to call and ask if we can collect from a depot. Fly tomorrow at 7pm. High risk we can’t collect but can defer flights for a day and join the rest of the family a day late. Praying that the delivery comes through tomorrow as TNT are confirming. Anyone have any experience to confirm TNT will deliver on the day they provide? I wish everyone good luck. It truly is a horrible experience to have the stress of waiting.

    I am also waiting my daughters renewal from Liverpool. Approved 1st and printed on 7th but no tracking details from TNT yet. We are supposed to travel Tuesday. I have abandoned all hope that will happen. Good luck

    I have had a similar experience at Liverpool. Applied 14th February for my daughters renewal and provided a Doctors letter on 31st March to speed up the process. I have since been asked for this evidence twice and emailed it 8 times. Despite this it went for central printing and is awaiting delivery from TNT since the 7th. We have been told there is nothing they can do until we get tracking information from TNT. We travel on Tuesday 12th. Is it worth me calling this number? This entire experience had been so stressful and upsetting. Good luck to you

    Not sure on weekend printing. My daughters renewal was printed on 7th April but no update on TNT delivery since. We are due to travel on 12th. Until it appears on the TNT tracker it is impossible to find and try to collect or arrange delivery. This entire passport experience has been awful. Good luck for your trip.

    That is fantastic, I am going to try customer services management again tomorrow. I sent a letter about medical and compassionate reasons to support my daughters health 2 weeks ago. I have had 2 requests for the same information in the last 2 days. The entire system is a joke. Well done you 👏🏻. Inspiration for me to keep pushing 👊

    I agree, it is awful. So sorry you couldn’t take your trip. The entire process is broken. They should make it crystal clear that unless you have the full 10 weeks you should not take the standard online process. If it is this bad at this point in the year I can’t imagine how bad it wil get in July / August. Praying to the passport gods 🙏😩

    Hi I had confirmation on Thursday 7th at 9am that it had been printed and I would receive TNT delivery text. The passport was coming from Liverpool HMPO. Nothing yet, have called TNT customer service and they have no record of it yet. Desperately hoping it arrives by Monday as we are due to travel on Tuesday. It has been a terrible and very stressful experience. I will always choose the fast track service in future. We are 8 weeks in for a standard child renewal. Good luck

    Hi – I am still waiting for printing, applied 14th Feb, processing from 1st March, approved 1st April and still awaiting confirmation that printing is complete. We also travel on 12th. Good luck, in future I will always take the fast track option. This experience has been awful and still not sure we will get it for the 12th. Hope you get the 4 back for your trip.

    Thanks Claire, fingers crossed for you. I unfortunately can’t move it so 2 would go and I would stay home with my daughter. So frustrated with myself for assuming it would be ok and not taking the fast track option. If I had thought for 1 minute this could happen I would never have used the standard online process. Foolishly I assumed you would be able to switch and pay an upgrade. Hope yours arrives for your trip too
