    Hi,

We get married a week o Tuesday in Italy. We fly a week toady and we still don’t have my daughters passport. I’m absolutely beside myself. I can’t eat or sleep. We’ve already had to postpone three times because of the pandemic.

We put a request in for an upgrade to a standard application on Tuesday at the Liverpool office but they’ve yet to even return my call. The passport was finally approved today but I’m thinking unless it’s upgraded we’re not going to get it before next Friday. Can anyone help?

I’m in the same situation not approved yet and I fly 2 weeks tomorrow.
From my understanding once approved its 5 days to print the passport and up to 5 days to deliver from tnt… however I have seen people get them the next day after printing…. do u fly on the evening or the morning… u may literally receive I on the day you fly…

2 suggestions I have is one it’s printed try to contact tnt immediately to see if you can collect it in person

Only other option is to fly out a couple of days later on a one way basis which you will prob get for about 100 pounds..

      Best of luck
