it’s been 14 weeks, no passport and all I get on the phone is too busy call back later. I been trying for 5 days, every 30 mins on one day. How do you actually get to speak to a human being.
Trying to get through to book an appointment for my son’s passport. Can’t get through. May have to cancel my holiday.
Been waiting since the end of February for granddaughter’s first passport we are due to travel on the 10th may hopping it will arrive before then can’t get through on the phone to speak to anyone
