My stepdaughter applied for her first adult passport, well her first ever passport, beginning of Dec 2021, we still haven’t got her passport yet and it’s her first time abroad, if she gets there
I sent my application off at the beginning of March, it’s sat at the “processing” stage since 25th March. No emails or any update from them asking for my old passport, managed to get it sent off on Monday and was received by Durham on Tuesday, fingers crossed it comes quickly as I go on holiday bringing of June

Applied for my daughters first passport in December and still no sign of it. Absolute shambles of a system. Should only take a week to process something as easy as this. They also canceled an earlier application in October and lost some documents saying we didn’t submit them. Payed twice now and six and a half months later still no passport.
Awaiting aswell process was 22nd march for replacement as lost no updates
I sent my daughters application (paper form) at the start of March and I havnt received anything back as yet! We’re due to go on our honeymoon for may half term and I’m in panic mode we won’t be able to go with my daughters passport isn’t back in time! I would have gone to the office and sat and waited but I just found out it’s in Belfast passport office and I live in london! I’m so so worried it won’t get back in time!
My grandsons application is at 5 months and now flights have to be cancelled. It just cannot be possible that there is no tracking facility.
