Fingers crossed for you jespop30! To be fair it took my friend who was confirming her identify 4 chasers and 9 days to do so so the delay was partially our end.

jespop3O – no not yet! 🙁 It was my old one that Royal Mail had sent! Got that today but not the new one. It’s still sat on approved.

Amy93 – that was really quick, I have heard of documents coming back the same day as the new passport arriving, but never before it’s even printed. Hopefully you will have an update soon.

jespop3O – I know eh! It really is so strange their whole system. Looking at the comments, seems mostly others have gotten printing / received after a week tops (max 8 days) – so fingers crossed for us hun x

This is miserable we applied on the 2nd Feb and starting processing 28th feb (despite documents arriving the 10th) and no change.
Finally got a call from the progress team yesterday who added a note to say we are flying 1st of April but nothing has changed since!
Very quickly running out of time, don’t understand how there can be so much variation it was a simple adult renewal and child’s first!

Maryy93 – I submitted my son’s first passport on the 8th January, and it only went to approved on Monday, after god knows how many phone calls.
