My sons new puppy chewed husbands passport so applied online to replace as damaged passport as below. No option to state date of travel. How do we apply for upgrade? Travelling end May. Thank you

Hello! I think I might have to try an upgrade soon as my application still processing and travel date is approaching. Has anyone done this yet? did you get it on time? how much is it? Any info you have would be really helpful, thanks 🙂

If you are within 2 weeks email the upgrade team with pex no and urgent. Attach flight documents

@france22. Thank you for that, I will email by the end of the week when it will be 14 days before I travel and hope it works! as I already had to cancel the holiday in April, cant afford to do that again! Thanks

@Lleach. when are you flying? I’ve heard they contact people closest to the time they are flying first. That’s why I was curious if it worked for anyone in here! Let us know if you hear anything back please 🙂
