more than 3 month wait!

I think I am not going to get my kids renewal passport back for at least 3 months! I submitted the application on the 26th March. They confirmed receipt in Liverpool on 9th April. Then said docs being processed on 21st April. Since the lockdown all has stood still. They are not likely to go back to until 14th June..... so I am thinking it will take up to 30 days from then before I get it back.. If I don't get it back before 3rd July I will have to reschedule or cancel my family holiday.

I submitted my application on 18th March and still waiting....it was my understanding that they were still processing applications though?

Liverpool office is the worst for sure looking at this forum. Whilst good to see things age moving, seeing other peoples receiving passports significantly quicker is infuriating... Id love to see the system - I have images in my head of hundreds of passports in a lottery style machine, spinning and spinning until it ejects the one lucky passport for that day... Finally! Should be hear just before the 3 months is up! Passport for child renewal now sent for printing.... Application approved 6:43pm on 15 June 2020 Application being processed 12:08pm on 21 April 2020 Documents received 3:13pm on 9 April 2020 Application received 2:11pm on 26 March 2020 Identity details received 2:11pm on 26 March 2020 Email sent to person confirming your identity 1:39pm on 26 March 2020 Ask someone to confirm your identity 1:28pm on 26 March 2020 Application submitted 1:28pm on 26 March 2020
