Passport Printed - TNT Tracking?

I had 3 passports printed on the 18th. 2 are showing on the tnt tracking but one not. It works either with the PEX at the beginning or just the numbers.

Passport printed on 15th, text today to say out for delivery today. Probably a little behind due to bank holidays

Our passport was printed on 15th April and we are waiting. Having read Max 1978 comment I'm hopeful we will hear today or tomorrow. We fly a week on Sunday. The stress this causes is unreal isn't it!

Mine was printed on the 12th and it is still waiting to be picked up - I was told there was delays due to the bank holiday but would have expected it to have been collected by now given it has been 6 working days!

I didn't get any notification of dispatch after my passport was printed on the 19/04 (just a schedule for delivery today text from TNT on 21/04) but I managed to track the delivery through the TNT delivery services page myself. First by entering postcode and application reference (PEX number). This shows you the TNT reference number which you can use to track the delivery. Note that initially I was getting an 'invalid' message against the application reference which I assume meant that the passport had not been dispatched/picked up by TNT yet.

Omg guys literally got the text to say will be delivered between 6-7 to night. The relief! Finally getting a holiday. Luck and prayers to anyone waiting x

No there was no update on passport tracker since has been printed, received a text from TNT this morning to say it’s out for delivery

Thanks for all your helpful comments!! Fingers crossed any day then, pretty sure mine was at Bootle too, as that where I sent docs too and had no notifications to say it had been changed.

Hopefully, I’ve got 2 down & 2 to go. So frustrating especially with the lack of updates

For those without TNT tracking or if its not working, another provider might have been used. I received my passport today via DHL, only got the text this morning with tracking information. It's totally different to your PEX number and it was UK mainland delivery. Very excited to say, I’ve finally got some tracking info. No contact for tnt but just through checking on the tracking site. Initial delivery date was 23/4 but was able to rearrange for tomorrow so 🤞

I waited 4/5days to be contacted by the upgrade team and the day before they called I got the message to say the application had been approved. This meant I missed the option to upgrade and now waiting for delivery!! The upgrade team said it had been printed (although I’ve not had an electronic update on this). What are the chances we get it by Wednesday (we fly on 27th!!)?! So stressed.

Bootle seem slow, I've received 2 of my 3 passports, all went to different places but the bootle one seems to be taking the longest. My current time lines on x3 passport deliveries Passport 1 Hemel hempstead, marked as printed on 14/04/22 at 08:13, received it on 19/04/22 (included 2 bank holidays) Passport 2 Corby, marked as printed on 20/04/22 at 08:13, received it on 22/04/22 Passport 3 Bootle, marked as printed on 20/04/22 at 18:53, not yet received it

Hello, I got a text to say my sons passport was printed on Friday (22nd) but I still haven’t heard anything about delivery. The message said it would be a few days before I was contacted by the delivery supplier but it’s been 4 days now and nothing? How long does it normally take? TiA

2 passports I recently done took 2 days from printing to delivery via TNT 1 passport took 7 days from printing to delivery via DHL

I followed the TNT Tracking with the Pex Number and it is showing my passport will be delivered tommorow. I originally applied on March 16th Application was only approved 20th April and Passport printed 24th April

Yes I got a text today from DHL to say parcel will be delivered between these times but it never came and the tracking says it’s back at the depot! However my husband was in the whole time!! So I’ve rearranged it for tomorrow but I’m a bit dubious as to what happened there and wether to just arrange to collect it from the depot myself now.

Can anyone please tell me how long you had to wait between the 'being printed' message and then being told it was being despatched? Thank-you.
