Delivery to Long Croft Road, Corby

I have sent my marriage certificate and old passport for a name change and renewal to the Corby address, I sent it on DHL courier and the address as shown in the email from the passport office, this morning DHL have said delivery was refused - wrong postcode. They have sent me the coordinates of the driver and it looks like he is on the industrial estate behind long cross road on St. Marks/St. Luke's street. I am wondering if this is correct or if the driver went to the wrong place? There is nothing on google to highlight where abouts the passport office is, does anyone know?
