Approved - now what?

Mine was at approved for 10 days, it then went to printed then was delivered the next day - as soon as you get the printed update you can start to track it on TNTs website - don't wait for tracking info to be sent as often it isn't - you can use you PEX number on the tracking site.

Mine was approved on the 1st and still not had another update.

This makes me nervous… we have been fast tracked and told passport should be approved by tomorrow. However we fly in 11 days so this scares me that it still may not get to us in time!

Makes me nervous too. I think I would have preferred taking our chances turning up at the passport office before we were due to fly.

Just wanted to share my experience of 3 passport renewals (I have a 4th 1st child passport that's stuck in processing state after applying 19/04) 18/5 approved, 19/5 printed, 23/5 delivered (DHL) 20/5 approved, 24/5 printed, 25/5 delivered (TNT) 30/5 approved, 1/6 printed, 6/6 delivered (TNT) I didn't get any tracking for TNT or DHL till the day, but as a previous poster said, you can track TNT, just take PEX Off the numbers.

Just had an email, it’s been printed. Application 30th April, documents signed for 4th, document received email 26th, approved 1st June. Printed today .

Hi my sons overseas renewal was finally approved 4th June. No movement since. Been told on phone this morning it says printed on there side. We are due to fly 13th June. Has anyone's application gone to approved and they have received it before the tracking was updated again? I'm really holding out hope that we receive it in time we are in the Republic of Ireland.

Has anyone had any updates? Mine is still just showing approved. Back to being super stressed out again 😰

I’ve had a text and email saying remember to sign your passport and I’ve looked on TNT tracking and it says it’s being delivered today. I’ve had no message from them to confirm this though.

Its been printed!! I could cry. Now we just need it to be delivered.

Mines been delivered 😃. Took 6 weeks in total. Good luck everybody, hope you all get your passports in time.

To anyone who thinks just getting the passport approved and then printed is hard enough, I am sorry to say just wait until you have to deal with TNT! No notice from HMPO it was out for delivery. The guy didn’t even bother trying and went to the wrong address. Called to ask if he could come back. Lots of assurances given. All lies. Fed up with being lied to by incompetent people.

Just wondering anyone have a time frame to when they recieved their passport by courier? Got an email 7th June says passport printed and sent by secure delivery. Got a txt from passport office the following morning 8th June saying passport will be sent to the address gave. Still no passport yet and no tracking details from couriers. I have rang TNT and they haven't got anything that matches my reference number nor have DHL. TNT told me they collect all passports and give the ones for Europe delivery to DHL who in turn re label and send out, at which time I should recieve tracking info from DHL. As we are in the Republic of Ireland I know it won't be next day delivery like most of you have luckily got in the UK. I'm just worrying wondering is the passport still sitting in the printing office and even been collected yet!! Currently on hold to HMPO the last hour trying to get some advice on where it is now. Due to fly Monday 13th June.

Have you tried TNT final mile? You can just put in your post code and pex number.

Mine has finally been delivered - 10 weeks 3 days.

Hi @Cat22 delighted you got yours delivered :) yes I've tried that on TNT but as we have eircodes here in Republic of Ireland it won't let me enter that in the postcode area so it won't work for me. Seeing other people's experiences I think I'll just end up having to wait till DHL contact me and say its out for delivery. I'm hoping that's tomorrow, if not ill have to think about changing my flights till later next week unfortunately.

Passport finally arrived today! Applied March 25 Processing March 31 Upgrade June 04 Approved June 09 Printed June 10 Delivered June 11

I wanted to know what is the longest time someone has waited for passport to be printed after it gets approved? A friend of mine is waiting since 31st May, but I see here that everyone has it printed pretty soon after approval.
