first adult passport application

Hi guys my wife has applied for her first adult passport end of May 20, she nothing but trouble with the forms being sent back coz something was wrong the form and all the documents etc.. anyways everything is all fine she rang them mid August and she was told she gotta wait for a text or phone call for an interview on Skype but she not had anything yet so annoying and taking hell of a long time anybody had this problem
