I think I am not going to get my kids renewal passport back for at least 3 months!
I submitted the application on the 26th March. They confirmed receipt in Liverpool on 9th April. Then said docs being processed on 21st April. Since the lockdown all has stood still.
They are not likely to go back to until 14th June..... so I am thinking it will take up to 30 days from then before I get it back..
If I don't get it back before 3rd July I will have to reschedule or cancel my family holiday.

I submitted my application on 18th March and still waiting....it was my understanding that they were still processing applications though?
Liverpool office is the worst for sure looking at this forum. Whilst good to see things age moving, seeing other peoples receiving passports significantly quicker is infuriating...
Id love to see the system - I have images in my head of hundreds of passports in a lottery style machine, spinning and spinning until it ejects the one lucky passport for that day...

Passport for child renewal now sent for printing....
