Hi guys
I was hoping someone could offer some advice!
I’m due to travel 21st June and I sent off my application on 12th April. My old passport was signed for by them on the 14th April but my application still hasn’t updated.
I’m now really worried I wont get my passport in time for travelling.
Is it possible to somehow withdraw that application and apply for fast track, even though I’ve already sent off my old passport!
Any help would be appreciated!!

I applied for daughters renewal in march but their system kept causing issues so we had to do a paper application.system said received 22/4 and says processing.
I called them to cancel it and go to the office for a same day service and they said I couldn’t ad already at processing stage 😩
We travel 25/6 and just feel sick every day while we wait.

@fbvmiz. My application sent 14/4 documents received by them 29/4,rang advice line and my passport not been linked to application yet. Only advice they could give was to apply for upgrade 2 weeks before. This might be your best option
