Just wondering how many different offices there are, just renewed mine and two kids passports and all 3 have said to send the old passports back to different places but when doing a google search they dont seem to exist? Address below.

How many passport offices are there?

There are several, but most passports aren’t delivered direct to the passport processing centre, most seem to be delivered to a site close by and transferred there.
Passports sent to Bootle usually end up in Liverpool.
There are offices in Liverpool, Glasgow, London, Belfast, Durham, Peterborough, Newport and maybe a few others.

There are several and some places are owned by other companies who are ‘helping out’
Eg Corby.thereby not technically a main passport office. It’s frustrating sending to different places as they all come at different times and are approved at different speeds etc.
