Request for additional information, but request is for wrong info

Anyone had anything like this: Daughter's application sent same time as mine and my son's late-March. All renewals. Son's sorted and back in 2 weeks, daughter's and mine 'still processing'. Now I've had a request to show evidence of my change of name, but I haven't changed my name. There must have been a mistake on the application form, either when it was uploaded or (equally possible) when I filled it out in the first place. There's no way to see what I filled out, so no way to know. Currently on hold to Progress Team ( 30 mins so far). Anyone any advice?
