I got my photo taken at Timpsons in Morrisons store at 2pm on Monday 9th February. I received the digital passport photo code by email at 2.11pm on Monday 9th February. I submitted my completed application online at 2.37pm on Monday 9th February. The passport office received my old passport at 8.51pm on Wednesday 11th February. My application was approved at 6.39am on Thursday 12th February. My passport was printed at 10.55am on Thursday 12th February. I received notification from Royal Mail on Thursday 12th February at 1.44pm that my passport was due to be delivered on Friday 13th February between 1pm and 3pm. I received my passport at 2.10m on Friday 13th February!!

HMPO confirmed tracking receipt of application and photo 22/12/2025. It isnow 10/2026 and have no passport and cannot chase through chat or phone line to get assistance, the std response is that it is in progress! 8 weeks later and nothing .... !
