Slowest part of the process was with Australia Post taking 10 days for the documents to arrive at Corby. Suggest that if you are in a hurry, request priority international post. It is more expensive but may reduce your anxiety if a quicker turnaround is needed.
My documents were returned and received 3 days after the passport.
