Passport updates issues

Made online child renewal application on 28th April sent documents to Hemel Hemstead. Documents received 5:07pm on 12 May 2022 Application received 8:50pm on 28 April 2022 So two weeks to get 'documents received' status change but nothing since then.

Hi: still waiting (these are my Application approved 12:06am on 17 May 2022 Documents received 11:48am on 13 May 2022 Application received 5:40pm on 28 April 2022 Application submitted 5:40pm on 28 April 2022 4 days to have application approved.. my partner has got his back from Bootle within 14 days

Straightforward child application - no change of name, address, or anything else. Sent documents to Newport. Application still being processed, no news whatsoever, I am told they can't do anything/expedite 'because it is a child renewal'. Foreign passport being held during this process, might not be released before the end of the process.... that has no ending date.... Why the HO keeps foreign document is inexplicable. It takes a few seconds to scan them.
