Hi Update DHL tracking I should recieve my passpirt tomorrow but looks like my husband passport has gone missing. TNT don't have it and neither do the passport office Durham. Apparently TNT is used to deliver to DHL for foreign deliveries. This has been so stressful

Just thought I'd update my passport status. Just literally got my application approved today so it seems like once they actually receive your passport, things speed up. Hopefully will get it this week then. Hmrc passports emailed me today saying that my old passport is damaged and that I need to write and sign a letter explaining the damage. I will do first thing tomorrow but has anyone had this before and did it delay the application any? I’m worried it’s going to take them another 2 weeks to pick up my letter and link it to my application…

But was it damaged ?as when applying online it’s ask question if ur passport is damaged or lost ?

I didn’t receive my tracking. I’m overseas. How do I track?

Panicking a little here. Still no tracking DHL & TNT both said they don’t have it. I’m currently in New Zealand and I have no way of tracking my information. HMPO put me on hold for 3hrs yesterday to find out what courier was used and I had to put the phone down as it was 2am here. Any information guys would be helpful.

Hi viknid We have had a nightmare, but what I have learnt along the way. It does seem to take a couple of days for dhl to have a note. Apparently TNT don't What I have found going onto Customer care dhl and talk to the on line chat bot. Say don't have a postcode will eventually allow you to chat to a human. They can find your tracking with your name and address. I hope this helps

They searched my name and nothing it’s been 3 days. They told me it could most likely be DHL uk. It’s frustrating. Seems nobody knows what is happening or where.

Sent them a request and they came back sortlt before saying they don’t have it either and to contact HMPO

Hi viksnix So does that mean you have a tracking number now? My husband has only just received his tracking number being posted on Monday. Not great we fly Monday morning. So will not be there for pick up. He is having to use emergancy passport. Good luck

No tracking only the PEX number. It was printed and sent on 9th March. Did you speak to DHL Express?

Got them on live chat now! I still have no tracking number and they are telling me to contact HMPO again ugh!

Fingers crossed will get it soon. My husbands only came through today sent for post on the 7th

No tracking yet. HMPO said they gave it to DHL and DHL confirmed they don’t have it. Very annoyed. Getting told the same thing and going around in circles.

Don’t worry,it’s probably waiting to be for first scan by DHL then u will tracking no and DHL will say they have it.no point chasing it up until you get notification DHL HAVE IT.it’s Monday working day so u will probably get it today.it’s takes them 2 days to create label for you

Still no tracking. Will wait until Thursday. It’s been 4 business days now. Got told by HMPO DHL will pick it up today but, told by someone else they have already picked it up.

Same story with me and waiting for tracking no from DHL .DHL must be picking only certain amount of passport every day.

Well, it’s 15th now and still no tracking. Not sure what’s going on. Some people have tracking next day or even same day and I’ve waited 6 days now. 4 business days. When was yours printed and sent yasi?
