I have been trying to speak to someone since Monday and no luck yet. I have also sent a message through the contact form, it said 72 hours for a reply but I still haven't had a reply.
Is there something else I can try to try and get in contact with them?

Nope no way of contacting them sit back and wait apparently….
I have just been on hold for 2 hours and 12 minutes tonight and not sure it made any difference.
Did you get through?
I rang at midday(ish) today and got through.. wait time was approx 5 mins
So i got through, tried to ask a question and they cut me off. still no reply to my email.
the service is so frustrating
