I just found this website. It details the reopening of certain Visa Application Centres in the UK and overseas. The next key date seems to be 22 June. This will be of interest especially go people who have applied for UK passports overseas and whose applications were suspended in March (like for example my baby grandson in Vietnanm, whose application has been on ice since March along with all his identity documents stuck in Durham):
