Hi guys!
Quick one – has anyone had the issue where you have to have an interview for a first UK passport? I’ve applied for mine start of March, processing March 20th and have had no update except for “it’s with a technician at the Liverpool office”. I escalated this and on a call today they’ve said that all interviews are paused indefinitely, and all new first UK passports require one. I never thought this was the case so would be good to know if anyone has a similar experience?
