Hello! I was wondering if anyone had experience with arranging a collection from a TNT depot? On their website it says you can't collect it but was wondering if there is way to find out where my printed passport is and arrange a collection?

I have just seen on another thread that someone did collect from them
Picked mine up this morning from Edinburgh depot, pretty common just now according to the guy I dealt with.
@Hoof Hearted did you have tracking information? My issue is the Passport Agency are saying my daughter’s passport was picked up at 8:37 yesterday but TNT are saying it’s not on this system.
