How long at documents received?

Applied 6th March, on docs received since March 28th. Just on phone to the now so will let you know what is said

Same timeline as yours. Status moved to “being processed” on 19th Apr. Emailed to the upgrade team last Tuesday 12th and not heard anything

Thank you When do you travel? I didn't want to call then too soon but am feeling worried, we travel in 18th June.

We don’t fly until June 12th but was worried as had received 2 other child’s passports back. The lady said it’s been stuck as was waiting for a document to be linked to application (most likely MY birth certificate as that had to be linked to all 3 kids, this document was linked on 7th April but no update on tracker), the lady said it should be here by mid May 🤷🏼‍♀️. My own passport was a renewal & name change, this has been stuck on processing since 17th March, I cancelled my old passport (lost & wrong name) on 6th March & received reference number for this on 26th March via text, I sent the reference number by email but this was never put onto my application so been stuck due to needing this, I have not been asked for this info so assumed the email had been actions. The lady said now they have that it should be processed & again I should have it by mid may

Passportproblems, possibly something holding it up, I’d ring them up. I know people are saying not to if you have a whole left but I’m glad I did as mine would have still been in processing 14 days before due to go

I’ve contacted them @max1978, apparently just have to wait! Have sent details for upgrade as due to travel next week. Am waiting for my call back! Fingers crossed!

One daughters renewal has been sat on 'Documents Recieved' since 10th March. The other daughters got approved/printed/delivered within a month. Not sure what the hold up is, cant get hold of anyone and when you do they just say they will mark as urgent and get someone to ring you back - which they never do. So frustrating. We fly 25th May

Does the application need a document to be linked? E.G mother’s birth certificate for 2 or more kids applications?

Not sure, they have never asked for that. We have sent both childs birth certificates which they have confirmed received, I just keep ringing them and hopefully someone will sort it out soon. They are both just standard renewals so I expected it to be fairly quick and simple when I first submitted the application!

Ah if it’s renewals then probably not, my daughters has been stuck on docs received for weeks due to awaiting my birth certificate to be linked so thought may have been something similar

Hi, can I just jump in here?? I sent my old passports 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Still not showing as documents received but was signed for on 26th April. Not to worried but Did you still receive reminders to send your old passport during the time documents received wasn’t showing on your application tracker? I’ve received a reminder tonight and it’s sent me into a panic.

Yeah I kept getting reminders until they scanned onto the system about 2 weeks after receiving them.

Been stuck at documents received since 7/4/22 and we fly in just over 3 weeks. Anyone got any advice or help please??? I called them up and they said it’s being looked at by the examiners, but I haven’t had an update to say this.
