Hi, I have lost the pex number for my sons application. Upgraded tablet and phone since applying and have lost texts and/or emails. Does anyone know how I can find this at all. I have tried calling passport office but same as everyone, not getting through and I can't find a form anywhere to help?
Thanks in advance. And yes, I already feel stupid.

Hiya
If you have a general email account from the likes of Hotmail, Gmail etc you should be able to re-log back in and download all that information again - apologies if this is not the case? Alternatively, you can contact your mobile network provider and ask for them to resend texts as these are often stored on your network account.
