Glasgow – They received (signed delivery) on 1st June and received onto system same day. Processing and approved 2nd June. Took 1 day from day it updated to processing to approved. Received passport 5th June.
Total process was 13 days (was bank holiday)
Passport printed and sent 11:58am on 3 June 2020
Application approved 2:58pm on 2 June 2020
Documents received 11:41am on 1 June 2020
Application received 4:45pm on 23 May 2020
Application submitted 4:44pm on 23 May 2020

Child renewal – Newport – Still no update 31 days since received/started processing
Child renewal – Durham – Total process applying and receiving new passport was 41 days (was bank holiday)
