How long are you guys waiting for the next step?? It’s an adult renewal with name change for changing maiden name to married name. Sent old passport and marriage certificate. Application received 30th April, doc signed for 4th May, email to say received 26th May. How long until it moves forward.

I am afraid it's how long is a piece of string - if your application can be processed on the digital route then it could be a matter of a few weeks - or if it drops to manual processing considerably longer - I am afraid only time will tell here.
@Turkey22 mine was 2 days, but normal adult renewal. NOt sure if your name change documents need more scrutiny, call back etc. Best
Thanks. I’m hoping no news is good news! By looking at a few timelines some Applications seem to go to processing quite quickly once documents are received . Im hoping my theory is right .
Fingers crossed it moves straight to approved
I’ve been approved!! Took 5 days from documents received !!
