Does the bank holiday affect processing times

I have read elsewhere that they are closing for the jubilee week.

The entire week or just thursday and friday?

Not sure about the processing centres but I’ve had it confirmed the call centres and web chat is still open but at reduced hours. Hope this means the processing is still working too!

Hi everyone. I have just been speaking to someone from the customer service team. They said that there are people working (not sure what hours) to process the urgent upgrades onlytoday and Friday. They said there should be a standard processing team working on Saturday as per usual (again, not sure of the hours). I am hoping that she's right!!
