We travel on the 26th June and I cannot get through to the 'Upgrade Team.
We've has several "Urgent" callbacks that don't materialise, I've been given the Escalation email, I've included HMPO CEO in that email, I've emailed my MP and drank a lot.
Currently on hold to the upgrade team...1 hour 24 and counting...
Anyone have any suggestions at all?

I was like this. Keep ringing advice line, press 8 then 3, tell them its making you ill/anxious and ask to speak to a manager. Ask for an urgent call back. I received one same day and had passport within a week
