10 weeks and due to fly Sunday..

Hi all, Just wondering if anyone else has any suggestions for us? Husband applied for his passport 10 weeks ago, we are due to fly on Sunday. He contacted the upgrade team and sent his flight details over to the Durham email he was given. We still haven’t heard anything and despite numerous calls, webchats and even emailing our local MP (worth a try right?!) we haven’t had any updates. The stress is consuming us! We can’t drive up to Durham as it’s 5.5 hours away. I just don’t know what to do 😩

Hi, if its over 10 weeks they can escalate. Worth a try, im on 12th week since sending applications, I emailed upgrade Saturday but today ar 8am i called, made sure they put through to progress team. Who sent it to the escalation team and i had to send proof of my flight which is next week. U can only escalate if over 10 weeks since application was sent so im hoping that is faster than the upgrade team

Thanks for replying. Did you just call the standard 0300 222 0000?
