I have now spoken to customer services, DM’d the Twitter account, emailed the Liverpool HMPO office with my travel docs to show I booked before Lockdown and also emailed my MP who has emailed the Home Office on my behalf. Everyone has told me they have escalated the case but nothing has happened as yet and no-one can promise me anything either.

It’s so frustrating when others have had their renewals go through quickly with no need for chasing yet they can’t push mine through! 7 days to go before we fly… Even if it does get approved and posted tomorrow or Friday it may not get to us on time… My little girl is going to be devastated!
