Hi Peter, when did you submit your passport application?
My passport arrived yesterday. I applied online when I was overseas on 24 April. The Passport Office received my old passport on 13 May. If the process kicked-off when the old passport was received, it only took 12 days to receive a new passport.
From approval to receipt at my home only took 2 days. Very commendable - well done.
My wife's application for her first UK passport was approved on 9 June and printed on 12 June.
