Applied for first child passports for my two children born in Zimbabwe. Timeline below:
– paper applications sent by courier and received at HMPO on 14 May 2019
-Contacted by email on 31 May requesting further information
-Video interview in Harare on 20 August 2019
-Passports printed 3rd October 2019
