I’ve escalated my daughters application to a complaint as they’ve not logged received countersignature form since I posted over 3 weeks ago.
A lovely lady called Debbie has advised me to cancel my fast track application and wait till the 18th of April to apply the new upgrade service. However she had no idea how much it cost 🤦🏽♀️
Has anyone successfully upgraded to lady? If so how much was it?

18th April?? I was told it was starting now is it not starting until 18th??
That’s right, it’s starting now but I can’t apply for it until the 18th as it’s got to be 14 days before your travel date. Sorry for confusion
