Are passports printed during weekends too?

Hi From what i heard they even print on sundays In the same boat, my daughters was approved yesterday morning at 9am and is awaiting printing. Wifes was approved last week on 14th, printed 15th and delivered 16th. So fingers crossed

Hi I don’t know if this is of any help but got a call from an upgrade team June 17th. Mine was approved and printed that same day.And because I couldn’t picked it up on June 18th the next day he said it would be delivered on June 21st or 22nd.

I’ve just received the notification that my application has been approved, and I was wondering if passports can be printed during weekends or if I’ll have to wait until Monday to get my passport printed and sent.

Mine was on approved for 10 days before being printed back in March - so it's not a next day thing once it's approved. The passports are laser printed so each one has to be loaded into a cassette holder and put in batches through a machine, it's not like a printing press throwing off thousands an hour!

my wifes was approved last tuesday, printed wednesday and delivered friday. just been in the phone to them, apparently, TNT do not work on Sundays for passport collections, even if it was printed yesterday, it was show as printed until TNT pick it up. I was advised that should update tomorrow and they are confident that i will have it this week.

just wandering if the OP had any update on the print yet?

if it helps anyone. i recieved a call back today, one i had requested 2 weeks ago when there was an issue on their end for documentation. whilst i didnt need their help anymore, i asked about the above, here is what they told me. after looking into the application, they informed me that my daughters passport had been printed they also advised me that the tracker will not update/send out a message and email until TNT have picked up the scanned it, this is what triggers the update. when that will happen is beyond me. we fly out on 14th July, so keeping fingers crossed.

Mine has been finally printed today (around 7am). For TNT tracking we need to use just the numbers of our application, or is it the whole PEX...?

Hi. Its the whole reference with PEX. If you go to tnt.com, scroll down there is a dedicated page for passport tracking I got the printed email at 11pm last night, but tnt tracking displayed from 5pm Got a text this morning from tnt saying its out for delivery

just to close the loop daughters passport has been delivered by TNT today. so all in all, 2 applications made of 29th May, both approved and returned in 2.5 weeks, and 3.5 weeks.
