Belfast

I live in Belfast and we used to send our renewal there it would be no more than 10 days. The last couple have been Liverpool and its terrible. 6 weeks for my sons just before Christmas and 2 weeks so far for my new one and it still says send your old passport. The book was delivered on the 7th February why cant we choose like years ago.
