Having a laugh. On hold with HMPO. Rang on the dot of 8am. Hold waiting time was 15 mins. After waiting 10 mins this changed to 30 min wait, then changed to 45 min wait. After 20 mins it forced hung up!! I was on speaker and prepared to wait. Rude!
Sigh...

Haha, same just happened to me. Got excited as there was only 10 minute wait, but they hung up on after about 7 minutes!

@Tillybobs alternative number to contact HMPO, the lady that answered seemed more experienced and helpful than the 0300 number staff
