I have been waiting almost 11 weeks for my passport replacement.
18th March - Applied
21st March - Identity details received
29th March - Application processing
At this point can they still request documents or highlight an issue with the application, such as the person confirming my identity?

At this point can they still request documents or highlight an issue with the application, such as the person confirming my identity?The fact you have a processing update means that the application couldn't be processed entirely digitally or all their checks couldn't have been completed automatically - so it may just be someone will have to sign off on it manually - or they will need further documentation if the application requires it - it could be anything or nothing at all - I am afraid only time will tell.
