Contacting a real person at TNT

How do you get to speak to someone whom might be helpful at TNT? I had my passport printed on Monday after lengthy gaps between receiving, approving and printing and can't see anything on TNT tracker. Whilst not panicking yet as its early days, I am thinking Id like to speak to someone tomorrow if I don't see anything appearing - would nice to think I might have my passport in my hand this week as dont want to think TNT have lost it or it was never really printed and is a sick joke by HMPO in response to my calls to them about needing it by late April.
