Hi,
The documents for the child renewal application were received at Bootle on the 11 September. Then on the 2nd of October we were asked for parental responsibility (we didn't know we needed to send it as the website wasn't clear and it is just a renewal). That was sent on the 2nd but we have heard nothing back. I have a couple of questions:
1. Will I get confirmation they have received the extra documents?
2. Will my application go to the back of the queue?
Flying in a couple of weeks and the phone cuts off and no email response.

Did they ask for a birth certificate to show parental responsibility?? I hope
This isn’t the case with my daughters one she’s 11. Yet they did ask on the supporting documents that they needed a court order of some kind, absurd if you ask me, but not anything specific to show parental responsibility or describe residency arrangements. Is that what they asked of you? All very stressful!
OKA.did you get notification that they recieved birth certificate.what were your timelines?
