Please can someone tell me if fast track applications are approved there and then? The lady said all looks fine, did some checks on computer, wrote lots of things on the form and said someone else needs to check it, but can I be quite confident all is OK? Has anyone's fast track ever been declined?

No they do not. In fact the passport office are so rude and inept they have left me 5 weeks without contacting me. Already missed our £5000 holiday and have just phoned this morning to tell me they need me to return for another interview. Unbelievable
Oh dear that's awful! Which office was this do you mind me asking ?
