Has anyone had a successful upgrade from Durham ? I have been stuck waiting for passport to be looked at since the 1st of April so I no by this weekend it won’t be done and I can then apply for the 2 week upgrade. Has anyone done an upgrade with Durham? If so how did it go, need a bit of hope 🙌
